STAGE I FINALISTS ANNOUNCED The finalists were announced on this webpage on Friday, February 4, 2005. The five finalists were publicly unveiled at a community open house on Saturday, February 5, 2021 in Somerset, Pa. Click here to view the Stage I finalists and all design entries. STAGE I DESIGN ENTRIES EXHIBITED -- JANUARY 19 THROUGH FEBRUARY 21, 2021 All Stage I entries in the design competition will be exhibited in Somerset, Pennsylvania, and posted on this website. The public exhibition schedule is as follows: Gallery Hours Wednesday thru Friday, noon-7:30pm Saturdays, 10am – 6pm Sundays, noon – 5:00 pm The Gallery is closed Mondays and Tuesdays and will be closed January 24th, 25th and 26th, 2005 to allow the Stage I jury to deliberate and select the finalists. The finalists will be announced February 4, 2005. The exhibition is located at the Shops at Georgian Place, behind the Georgian Inn, off Route 601 just north of the Pennsylvania Turnpike interchange exit 110 (old Exit 10) off the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Admission is free. All designs will also be posted on this website starting January 19, 2005. We are in the process of uploading the images. Please check back in the next day or two. STAGE I DESIGN ENTRIES DUE BY 5:00PM EST ON JANUARY 11, 2005. All entries are due to the official Competition address by 5:00 pm EST on January 11, 2005. Submittals may be also hand delivered to the same address. Entries received after the specified time will not be considered in the Competition and will be returned unopened to the sender. You must be formally registered to participate in the competition. Once you register you will receive a complete competition packet and a registration number. The registration number is needed for your design to be considered in the competition. QUESTIONS & ANSWERS PERIOD To facilitate preparation of Stage I submittals, the Question and Answer Period has been extended. Answers to questions asked in accordance with section 1.5 of the Competition Regulations by registered Participants will be answered in a timely fashion and posted to the Competition website. Questions will be accepted up to December 28, 2020 and all answers will be posted no later than January 5, 2005. Please check the Questions and Answers section frequently.
